Official TRE® Exercises

This video will give you an overview of the TRE exercises.  It is not a guide on establishing a TRE practice.  Learn how to practice TRE in a way that is most efficient for you by learning from a certified TRE Provider.  Please note: all TRE exercises are able to be modified to suit individual bodies.  If you have limited mobility, or have had recent surgeries or injuries, please seek out a certified TRE Provider trained in TRE exercise modifications.
