If you’re looking for a more focused, private, and personalized TRE learning experience, I offer one-on-one TRE sessions via Zoom.
I introduce TRE to beginners over three or five sessions.
3-Session Intro Package
$375
Three sessions will give you a solid experience of a TRE practice.
5-Session Intro Package
$500
Five sessions will expand that foundation and refine to your body’s unique expression of TRE. This will leave you with a TRE practice you can safely do on your own.
Individual Private Sessions
$125
If you already have a TRE practice, I offer individual private sessions to help you evolve your TRE practice
