Provider Certification

Once you’ve experienced TRE, you know how easy it can be to release stress, tension, and the effects of a traumatic past.  With the knowledge that everyone can access their inherent neurogenic tremor mechanism and find healing, maybe it’s time to add TRE to your offerings toolbox.

This might also be the perfect time for you to dive even deeper into the healing properties of TRE for your own growth. In the process of becoming certified to facilitate TRE, you will become more grounded, more resilient, and more effective than you’ve ever been.

I teach in-person TRE Provider certification trainings. Being physically present with other humans as they experience the tremor process is hands-down the quickest and most thorough way to gain experience in facilitating TRE. In-person trainings are more efficient and offer a deeper experience.

Why become certified to teach TRE®?

Learn to share TRE effectively and safely.

TRE is for everyone, but to be truly effective it must approached as an individualized practice.  You will learn how to assess the needs of each person and guide them to practicing TRE in the way that benefits them most. A TRE Provider certification allows you to safely and legitimately teach TRE to individuals or groups.

Enhance your offerings.

TRE is a great add-on modality to the work you are already doing.  It enhances body work, mental health therapies, and physical therapy. It is an amazing addition to your yoga offerings, fitness coaching, and sports medicine.  TRE helps relax the body-mind prior to implementing your primary practice and opens up your client to deeper work.

Personal growth

Becoming a certified TRE Provider requires a deep personal practice with your own neurogenic tremor. By learning how to facilitate the TRE process for others, you will gain insight into your own protective patterning. You will experience the natural unwinding of these patterns for yourself. Through this certification process, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself, increase your personal freedom, and become more present, grounded, and free from the influences of the past.

An extensive collection of props will be available for you to practice with during class time. Most Certification Trainings do not include this depth of experience in using props and interventions.

Christine Varnavas
MS, E-RYT, TRE Provider & Trainer

  • I truly believe that actionable Wellness & TRE® are the missing magic we all need now. I’ve been a teacher, movement and exercise geek for over 35 years.

Movement kept me sane, kept my stress managed and helped regulate my mental health. What exercise didn’t do was get at the deep uncomfortable feeling that a lot of us feel and understand but can’t quiet explain.
